Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle bookkeeping for 15+ high-net-worth clients
- Reconcile bank accounts and credit card statements monthly
- Prepare financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable and payroll processing
- Implement QuickBooks cloud-based accounting solutions
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and IRS regulations
- Lead month-end closing processes with zero tolerance for errors
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of hands-on bookkeeping with high-volume clients
- Advanced QuickBooks Online certification required
- Expertise in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, macros)
- Proven track record with multi-state tax filings
- CPA or CMA designation preferred
- Fluency in English/Spanish required for Miami market
