Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using QuickBooks Online
- Prepare monthly financial statements and balance sheets for diverse clients
- Manage accounts payable/receivable and bank reconciliations
- Process payroll and tax filings for small to medium-sized businesses
- Conduct detailed financial analysis and variance reporting
- Collaborate with CPAs during quarterly and annual audits
- Implement and optimize accounting software systems
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance (Bachelor's preferred)
- 5+ years of hands-on bookkeeping experience
- Expert proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Excel
- Proven track record of managing multi-client portfolios
- Strong understanding of GAAP and IRS tax regulations
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities

- Professional certification (e.g., CB, AAP) a plus
