Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle bookkeeping for 15-20 SMB clients using QuickBooks Online
- Prepare monthly financial statements and variance analysis
- Process accounts payable/receivable and payroll coordination
- Reconcile bank accounts and credit card statements
- Assist with tax preparation documentation and audits
- Implement financial controls and process improvements
- Client communication and financial reporting support
Qualifications
- 5+ years of bookkeeping experience with QuickBooks Online
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- CPA or QuickBooks ProAdvisor certification preferred
- Experience with multi-client accounting software (e.g., Xero)
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to meet tight deadlines in fast-paced environment
- San Francisco Bay Area residency required
