Responsibilities
- Maintain and reconcile multi-entity accounting systems using QuickBooks Online
- Process complex payroll, A/P, and A/R cycles for 15+ clients
- Prepare monthly financial statements and variance analysis
- Lead month-end and year-end closing procedures
- Implement internal controls to ensure SOX compliance
- Collaborate with CFOs on strategic financial planning
- Train junior staff on accounting software best practices
Qualifications
- 5+ years of full-cycle bookkeeping experience
- Advanced QuickBooks Online certification required
- Expertise in payroll processing (ADP/Payroll Preferred)
- Proficient in Excel with VLOOKUP/Pivot Table skills
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent experience
- Familiarity with sales tax filing (CA BOE)
- Proven experience managing 50+ transactions daily
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
