Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle bookkeeping for 15+ client portfolios using QuickBooks Online
- Prepare monthly financial statements and variance analysis reports
- Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and balance sheet accounts
- Process payroll and ensure compliance with federal/state regulations
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable cycles and collections
- Implement internal controls to maintain audit-ready records
- Collaborate with CPA firm for tax preparation and audits
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional bookkeeping experience
- Expertise in QuickBooks Online and Excel (advanced functions)
- Associate's degree in Accounting or related field required
- Proven ability to meet strict monthly deadlines
- Strong understanding of GAAP and Colorado tax regulations
- Excellent communication skills for client interactions
- QuickBooks ProAdvisor certification preferred
- Experience with multi-entity accounting systems
