Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate general ledgers and reconcile accounts monthly
- Process payroll for 50+ employees using ADP
- Prepare financial statements and quarterly tax filings
- Manage accounts payable/receivable with QuickBooks Online
- Oversee month-end closing procedures and variance analysis
- Collaborate with auditors during annual reviews
- Implement new accounting software solutions
Qualifications
- 5+ years of bookkeeping experience in a corporate setting
- Advanced QuickBooks certification required
- Proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- Experience with multi-state payroll processing
- Strong GAAP knowledge and attention to detail
- Ability to meet tight deadlines with 100% accuracy
