Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle bookkeeping for 15-20 client portfolios
- Process accounts payable/receivable with 99.9% accuracy
- Reconcile bank accounts and credit card statements monthly
- Prepare financial statements and management reports
- Oversee payroll processing using QuickBooks Online
- Ensure compliance with IRS and Arizona state tax regulations
- Implement process improvements for financial workflows
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional bookkeeping experience
- Expert proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Excel
- AAS degree in Accounting or relevant certification (CPA/CPB preferred)
- Proven experience with multi-client accounting systems
- Strong understanding of GAAP and tax regulations
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to meet tight deadlines in fast-paced environment
