Responsibilities
- Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts with meticulous attention to detail
- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely payments and collections
- Prepare monthly financial statements and management reports for client portfolios
- Oversee payroll processing and tax compliance for diverse client base
- Implement and maintain QuickBooks accounting systems with advanced customization

- Collaborate with CFOs to develop strategic financial planning frameworks
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
- 5+ years of hands-on bookkeeping experience with multi-client portfolios
- Expert proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Advanced Excel functions
- Proven ability to manage complex payroll systems and tax filings
- Strong analytical skills with experience in variance analysis
