Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate general ledgers and reconcile accounts monthly
- Process accounts payable/receivable and manage payroll cycles
- Prepare financial statements and tax documentation
- Utilize QuickBooks for daily bookkeeping tasks
- Collaborate with CPAs during audits
- Implement financial controls and compliance protocols
- Support month-end closing procedures
Qualifications
- 3+ years of bookkeeping experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel
- Associate degree in Accounting or equivalent
- Strong knowledge of GAAP principles
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to meet tight deadlines
- Florida residency required
- QuickBooks certification preferred
