Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle bookkeeping for 15+ client accounts using QuickBooks Online
- Prepare monthly financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) with detailed variance analysis
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable, payroll processing, and bank reconciliations
- Implement and maintain internal controls for financial compliance (GAAP/FASB)
- Collaborate with tax professionals to streamline year-end audit processes
- Develop customized financial reporting dashboards for executive stakeholders
- Train junior staff on bookkeeping best practices and software proficiency
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance with 5+ years of professional experience
- Advanced QuickBooks certification and proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- Proven expertise in month-end closing and financial statement preparation
- Strong knowledge of payroll processing (ADP/QuickBooks Payroll) and tax compliance
