Responsibilities
- Oversee full-cycle bookkeeping operations including AP/AR, general ledger maintenance, and month-end close
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, discrepancies, and optimization opportunities
- Prepare and deliver comprehensive financial reports for executive leadership
- Implement and improve accounting systems for enhanced efficiency and compliance
- Manage vendor relationships, tax filings, and audit preparations
- Mentor junior accounting staff and cross-departmental financial collaboration
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive bookkeeping experience with high-volume operations
