- Manage full-cycle bookkeeping for 15+ high-volume client portfolios
- Prepare month-end/year-end financial statements and compliance reports
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable with multi-currency transactions
- Implement and optimize QuickBooks Enterprise systems
- Coordinate with external auditors and tax professionals
- Lead process improvements for financial workflows
- Maintain strict compliance with GAAP and IRS regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or CPA certification
- 5+ years of high-volume bookkeeping experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks Enterprise and Excel
- Proven experience with multi-state tax compliance
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and client management skills
