Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle bookkeeping for 15-20 high-revenue clients using QuickBooks Online
- Prepare month-end financial statements including P&L, balance sheets, and cash flow reports
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable, payroll processing, and bank reconciliations
- Conduct detailed financial analysis and provide strategic insights to clients
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and state tax regulations
- Lead quarterly financial reviews with clients and internal stakeholders
- Maintain organized digital filing systems with strict confidentiality protocols
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
- 5+ years of full-cycle bookkeeping experience in a professional services environment
- Expert proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Xero
- Advanced Excel skills with pivot tables and VLOOKUP functions
- Proven ability to manage high-volume transactions ($1M+ accounts)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to numerical accuracy
- Experience with multi-state tax compliance and payroll processing
- Excellent communication skills for client-facing interactions
