Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle bookkeeping for multiple corporate clients using QuickBooks Online
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements with variance reporting
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable and bank reconciliations
- Coordinate tax preparation documentation with external CPA firms
- Implement and optimize financial controls and compliance procedures
- Lead month-end closing processes with accuracy and timeliness
- Mentor junior accounting staff on best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- 5+ years of progressive bookkeeping experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Excel
- CPA or QuickBooks ProAdvisor certification preferred
- Expertise in GAAP and multi-entity accounting
