Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-day bookkeeping operations, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reconciliations.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and tax reporting documents.
- Process payroll accurately and on time.
- Maintain and organize general ledger accounts and financial documentation.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts.
- Support the finance team with budget preparation and variance analysis.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Bachelor's degree preferred).
- 3+ years of professional bookkeeping experience.
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, Sage) and MS Excel.
- Strong understanding of GAAP and accounting principles.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
