Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle bookkeeping operations for diverse client portfolios
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements with detailed commentary
- Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and general ledger entries
- Process payroll and ensure compliance with federal/state regulations
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable workflows and vendor management
- Implement and maintain accounting systems (QuickBooks Online required)
- Assist with audits and tax preparation documentation
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional bookkeeping experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Excel
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
