- Manage full-cycle bookkeeping for diverse client portfolios
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements
- Process accounts payable/receivable with 99% accuracy
- Reconcile bank accounts and credit card transactions
- Assist with tax preparation and audit documentation
- Implement financial controls and process improvements
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional bookkeeping experience
- Expert proficiency in QuickBooks Online/Desktop
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
- CPA or QuickBooks certification a plus
- Proven track record in multi-client management
