Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using QuickBooks Online
- Prepare monthly financial statements including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports
- Manage accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, and payroll processing
- Assist with tax preparation and ensure compliance with federal/state regulations
- Implement and improve accounting systems for operational efficiency
- Collaborate with CPAs during audits and financial reviews
- Provide financial insights to clients through regular analysis and reporting
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in full-cycle bookkeeping
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Excel
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and tax compliance requirements
- Experience with multi-entity accounting and complex reconciliations
- Certified Bookkeeper (CB) or QuickBooks ProAdvisor preferred
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
