- Reconcile accounts and process financial transactions with weekend-specific deadlines
- Prepare and analyze weekly financial statements and reports
- Manage accounts payable/receivable cycles during weekend operations
- Assist with month-end closing procedures and weekend audits
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and financial regulations
- Collaborate with weekday teams for seamless financial continuity
- Utilize QuickBooks and Excel for weekend-specific financial tasks
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- 2+ years of accounting experience, weekend shift preferred
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and accounting software
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Knowledge of GAAP and Colorado financial regulations
- Excellent time management and weekend availability
