Responsibilities
- Manage accounts payable/receivable cycles and vendor relationships
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations and account balance verifications
- Prepare financial statements including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports
- Oversee payroll processing and tax compliance for multiple clients
- Maintain organized digital financial records using QuickBooks Online
- Assist with audits and tax preparation documentation
- Implement process improvements to enhance financial efficiency
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- 3+ years of professional bookkeeping experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
- Strong understanding of GAAP and Arizona tax regulations
- Proven experience with multi-client bookkeeping systems
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Professional certification (CPA, CB) preferred
