Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle bookkeeping for 15+ clients using QuickBooks Online
- Prepare monthly financial statements and variance analysis reports
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable and bank reconciliations
- Process payroll and tax filings for multiple entities
- Implement and maintain internal accounting controls
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures
- Collaborate with CPA firms for audit preparation
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional bookkeeping experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Excel
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
- Valid Arizona Bookkeeper certification (QB ProAdvisor a plus)
- Experience with multi-state tax compliance
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills for client interactions
