Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle bookkeeping for 15-20 clients using QuickBooks Online
- Prepare monthly financial statements including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports
- Process accounts payable/receivable and bank reconciliations with precision
- Assist with quarterly tax preparations and year-end audits
- Maintain organized digital financial records and ensure compliance with GAAP
- Collaborate with CFOs on financial analysis and budget forecasting
- Implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance required; Bachelor's preferred
- 3+ years of full-cycle bookkeeping experience with QuickBooks
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- Proven ability to meet month-end closing deadlines
- Strong knowledge of Pennsylvania tax regulations
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- CPA or QuickBooks certification highly desirable
- Experience with construction or real estate accounting a plus
