Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using QuickBooks Online
- Process accounts payable/receivable and manage payroll cycles
- Prepare monthly financial statements and variance analyses
- Reconcile bank accounts and credit card transactions
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes
- Collaborate with tax preparation teams for compliance
- Implement and improve accounting workflows
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (required)
- 3+ years of full-time bookkeeping experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and MS Excel
- Strong understanding of GAAP principles
- Experience with multi-entity accounting
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Professional certification (CPA or QuickBooks ProAdvisor) preferred
