Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle bookkeeping for diverse client portfolios using QuickBooks Online and desktop platforms
- Prepare monthly financial statements including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow analyses
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable processes and bank reconciliations with zero-tolerance for discrepancies
- Coordinate payroll processing and tax compliance for 15-20 clients monthly
- Implement internal controls to ensure financial data integrity and regulatory compliance
- Collaborate with CFOs to develop financial forecasting models and budgeting frameworks
- Lead month-end closing procedures with strict adherence to GAAP standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive bookkeeping experience with multi-client portfolios
- Expert proficiency in QuickBooks (Online/Desktop) and advanced Excel functions
- Proven track record in payroll processing and tax compliance (federal/state)
- Certification in QuickBooks Online or equivalent platform mastery
- Exceptional analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Strong communication abilities for client consultations and team collaboration
- Experience with cloud-based accounting systems and ERP integrations
