Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle bookkeeping for diverse client portfolios
- Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and balance sheet accounts
- Prepare monthly financial statements and variance analyses
- Process payroll and handle accounts payable/receivable
- Implement and maintain accounting systems (QuickBooks ProAdvisor preferred)
- Collaborate with CPAs during tax season and audits
- Train junior staff on accounting best practices
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional bookkeeping experience
- QuickBooks Online certification or equivalent expertise
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- Knowledge of GAAP and Minnesota tax regulations
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Experience managing multi-client portfolios
