Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using QuickBooks Online and Xero
- Prepare monthly financial statements including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports
- Manage accounts payable/receivable cycles and bank reconciliations
- Process payroll and ensure compliance with federal/state tax regulations
- Assist with budget preparation and variance analysis for 15+ clients
- Implement internal controls to safeguard financial assets
- Collaborate with CPAs during quarterly/year-end audits
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent certification (e.g., AIPB)
- 5+ years of full-cycle bookkeeping experience in a professional services environment
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks Online, Excel, and accounting software
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and PA tax regulations
- Proven ability to manage multiple deadlines with 100% accuracy
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
- Professional communication skills for client/stakeholder interactions
