Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date general ledgers, accounts payable/receivable, and payroll systems
- Prepare monthly financial statements, balance sheets, and income reports with detailed analysis
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and IRS regulations for all financial transactions
- Manage bank reconciliations, month-end closings, and audit preparation
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable cycles and collections processes
- Implement and optimize bookkeeping software solutions (QuickBooks ProAdvisor preferred)
- Collaborate with tax professionals to support quarterly filings and year-end reporting
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive bookkeeping experience with multi-entity portfolios
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and accounting software
- Expert knowledge of GAAP, tax regulations, and financial reporting standards
- Proven experience managing month-end and year-end closing processes
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams
