Join our award-winning finance team as a Senior Bookkeeper at Precision Financial Partners. We're seeking a meticulous professional to safeguard financial integrity for our growing portfolio of Minneapolis-based clients. This hybrid role combines strategic financial oversight with hands-on accounting operations in our downtown Minneapolis office.

Responsibilities
- Maintain and reconcile complex multi-entity general ledgers with 99.9% accuracy
- Oversee full-cycle accounts payable/receivable for 15+ high-growth SMB clients
- Prepare month-end closing reports with variance analysis and commentary
- Implement and optimize QuickBooks Online for new client onboarding
- Coordinate annual tax preparation documentation with external CPA firms
- Develop custom financial dashboards using Excel and Power BI
- Lead quarterly financial review meetings with client stakeholders
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years progressive bookkeeping experience with multi-client portfolios
- Expert proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- Proven track record of implementing accounting system conversions
- Deep understanding of GAAP and Minnesota tax regulations
- Exceptional attention to detail with demonstrated audit trail capabilities
- Strong communication skills for translating financial concepts to non-accountants
