Responsibilities
- Maintain and reconcile multi-entity general ledger accounts with 99.9% accuracy
- Prepare month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial statements
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable processes and vendor management
- Implement and optimize QuickBooks Online workflows for 15+ clients
- Manage sales tax filings and compliance across multiple states
- Lead month-end closing procedures with strict deadlines
- Collaborate with CFOs on financial analysis and strategic reporting
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance with 5+ years experience
- Advanced QuickBooks Online certification required
- Expertise in GAAP compliance and multi-state tax regulations
- Proficiency in Excel, PivotTables, and VLOOKUP functions
- Experience with high-volume transaction processing (500+ monthly)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- CPA or equivalent certification preferred
