Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle bookkeeping for 50+ clients across diverse industries
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements with variance reporting
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable and payroll processing
- Reconcile bank accounts and resolve discrepancies proactively
- Implement and maintain accounting software systems (QuickBooks Enterprise)
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and tax regulations
- Lead month-end and year-end closing processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of hands-on bookkeeping experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and MS Excel
- CPA or equivalent certification strongly preferred
- Proven experience with multi-state tax compliance
