Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle bookkeeping including A/P, A/R, and general ledger maintenance
- Prepare monthly financial statements and variance analysis
- Reconcile bank accounts and ensure compliance with GAAP
- Process payroll and tax filings for multiple entities
- Assist with audits and financial reporting requirements
- Maintain organized digital and physical financial records
- Collaborate with CFO on budgeting and forecasting initiatives
Qualifications
- 5+ years of full-cycle bookkeeping experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Excel (Advanced)
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- CPA or equivalent certification strongly preferred
- Expertise in multi-state payroll and tax compliance
- Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills
- Proven ability to meet tight deadlines in fast-paced environments
