- Oversee month-end closing procedures
- Implement financial controls and compliance protocols
- Collaborate with auditors during annual reviews
Qualifications
- 5+ years of bookkeeping experience in a professional services environment
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Excel
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
- Proven experience with multi-entity accounting systems
- Deep knowledge of GAAP and Michigan tax regulations
