Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle bookkeeping for 15-20 client portfolios using QuickBooks Online
- Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and investment accounts monthly
- Prepare financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) for client reviews
- Process accounts payable/receivable and maintain vendor relationships
- Implement financial controls to ensure compliance with GAAP standards
- Collaborate with tax professionals during quarterly/annual reporting cycles
- Train junior bookkeepers on financial software best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
- 5+ years of hands-on bookkeeping experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Excel
- Proven ability to reconcile complex multi-entity accounts
- Experience with payroll processing and tax filings
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication for client-facing interactions
