Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Management: Manage day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger reconciliation.
- Reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports for management review.
- Bank Reconciliation: Perform accurate bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies promptly.
- Payroll Support: Assist with payroll processing and ensure all withholdings and taxes are calculated correctly.
- Compliance: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of tax laws and financial regulations to ensure compliance.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in bookkeeping or accounting.
- Software: Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, or Sage) and advanced Excel skills.
- Education: Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Bachelor's preferred).
- Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail with a strong ability to spot errors and ensure accuracy.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
