Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate general ledger reconciliations across 15+ client accounts
- Process complex payroll and tax filings for biweekly pay cycles
- Generate month-end financial statements with variance analysis
- Manage AP/AR cycles and vendor relationship management
- Implement QuickBooks Online optimizations for new clients
- Collaborate with CFOs on budget forecasting and cash flow modeling
- Lead month-end close processes with 100% accuracy
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
- 5+ years of full-cycle bookkeeping experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Excel
- Proven experience with multi-state tax compliance
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Experience in SaaS or healthcare industries a plus
- Ability to manage competing deadlines in fast-paced environment
