- Implement QuickBooks optimization strategies
- Coordinate annual audits with CPA partners
- Maintain compliance with NC state financial regulations
Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on bookkeeping experience
- Advanced QuickBooks Online certification required
- Expertise in multi-state payroll processing
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
- Proficiency in Excel with pivot table mastery
- Familiarity with NC sales tax regulations
- Proven track record of reducing month-end close time
