Responsibilities
- Maintain and reconcile multi-corporation GL accounts with precision
- Process month-end closing procedures and financial reporting
- Manage AP/AR cycles and vendor relationships
- Implement and optimize QuickBooks Online workflows
- Assist with audit preparation and compliance documentation
- Lead training for junior accounting staff
- Develop financial dashboards for executive stakeholders
Qualifications
- 5+ years of full-cycle bookkeeping experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Excel
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance required
- Certified Bookkeeper (CB) designation preferred
- Experience with multi-state tax compliance
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
