Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle bookkeeping for 15+ diverse clients using QuickBooks Online
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheets)
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable and bank reconciliations
- Process payroll and ensure compliance with KY state regulations
- Assist with tax preparation documentation and year-end closings
- Implement financial controls and process improvements
- Provide proactive financial insights to business clients
Qualifications
- 5+ years of comprehensive bookkeeping experience
- Expertise in QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Excel
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance (Bachelor's preferred)
- CPA or QuickBooks ProAdvisor certification a plus
- Deep knowledge of GAAP and KY tax requirements
