Responsibilities
- Manage and reconcile complex multi-entity accounting systems
- Prepare monthly financial statements and executive dashboards
- Oversee AP/AR cycles with $1M+ monthly transaction volumes
- Coordinate quarterly tax filings and year-end audits
- Implement and optimize QuickBooks Online workflows
- Mentor junior bookkeeping staff
- Develop customized financial reporting solutions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance + 5+ years experience
- Advanced QuickBooks Online certification required
- Expertise in multi-state compliance and tax regulations
- Proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Power Query)
- Proven experience with high-volume payroll processing
- CPA or CB designation preferred
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills
