Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle bookkeeping for 15-20 high-value client portfolios
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheets)
- Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and general ledger accounts
- Process payroll and ensure compliance with CA labor regulations
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable and manage cash flow
- Implement and maintain QuickBooks cloud-based accounting systems
- Assist with quarterly tax preparation and annual audits
- Generate financial reports for executive decision-making
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of full-cycle bookkeeping experience in SF Bay Area
- Expert proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Excel
- Proven track record of managing multi-client portfolios
- Deep knowledge of GAAP and CA tax regulations
- Advanced analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to meet tight deadlines in high-pressure environments
- Strong communication skills for client reporting
