Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle bookkeeping for 15-20 diverse clients across retail, hospitality, and professional services
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements with variance reporting
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, and payroll processing
- Implement QuickBooks Online solutions and optimize financial workflows
- Assist with sales tax filings and annual budget preparation
- Collaborate with CPA firms during audit season
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance with 4+ years of hands-on bookkeeping experience
- Expert proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- Proven track record with multi-client bookkeeping in South Florida
- Strong understanding of GAAP and Florida tax regulations
- Certified Bookkeeper (CB) or QuickBooks ProAdvisor designation preferred
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Spanish language skills highly valued for diverse client base
