Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle bookkeeping for 15+ diverse business clients
- Prepare monthly financial statements and variance analysis reports
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable and bank reconciliations
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and state/federal tax regulations
- Implement and optimize QuickBooks cloud accounting systems
- Coordinate annual audits and tax preparation processes
- Lead financial forecasting and cash flow modeling initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA preferred)
- 5+ years of hands-on bookkeeping experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Excel
- Proven expertise in multi-entity accounting systems
- Strong understanding of sales tax compliance (WA state)
- Experience with construction or SaaS industry accounting
