Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle bookkeeping for 15+ client accounts using QuickBooks Online
- Prepare monthly financial statements and variance analysis reports
- Process payroll bi-weekly for 200+ employees across multiple states
- Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and general ledger accounts monthly
- Coordinate year-end tax preparation with external CPA firms
- Implement internal controls to ensure compliance with GAAP
- Train junior staff on bookkeeping best practices and software proficiency
Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive bookkeeping experience with multi-client portfolios
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Excel
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
- Proven experience with payroll processing and tax compliance
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication abilities for client interactions
- Familiarity with industry-specific accounting software (e.g., Xero)
