Responsibilities
- Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts with precision
- Prepare monthly financial statements and variance analysis
- Manage accounts payable/receivable cycles and cash flow
- Process payroll and tax compliance filings
- Implement internal controls and SOX compliance measures
- Collaborate with CPAs during audits and tax seasons
- Maintain digital and physical financial records
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of full-cycle bookkeeping experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Excel
- Strong understanding of GAAP principles
- Familiarity with Oklahoma state tax regulations
- Certified Bookkeeper (CB) designation preferred
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills
