Responsibilities
- Maintain and reconcile multi-client general ledger accounts with 99.9% accuracy
- Process bi-weekly payroll and manage employee expense reimbursements
- Prepare monthly financial statements and variance analysis for 15+ clients
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable cycles and cash flow optimization
- Implement internal controls to ensure SOX compliance for high-value accounts
- Collaborate with tax specialists on quarterly estimated tax filings
- Lead month-end closing processes with strict deadlines
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance with 3+ years experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Excel pivot tables
- Certified Bookkeeper (CB) or QuickBooks ProAdvisor preferred
- Demonstrated experience with multi-state payroll processing
- Expertise in reconciling high-volume bank accounts and credit cards
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail in financial reporting
- Ability to manage confidential financial data with discretion
