Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate general ledger reconciliations and financial reporting
- Oversee full-cycle accounts payable/receivable for diverse portfolios
- Execute monthly/quarterly closings and financial statement preparation
- Implement and optimize QuickBooks accounting systems
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and IRS regulations
- Lead payroll processing and tax filing procedures
- Collaborate with CFOs on budget forecasting and analysis
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance + 5+ years bookkeeping experience
- Advanced QuickBooks certification required
- Expertise in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, macros)
- Proven track record in multi-client portfolio management
- Deep understanding of payroll tax regulations
- CPA or equivalent certification preferred
