Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle bookkeeping for 15-20 diverse client portfolios
- Reconcile bank accounts and prepare monthly financial statements
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable and payroll processing
- Implement QuickBooks Online for new client onboarding
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and state tax regulations
- Collaborate with CFOs for financial analysis and forecasting
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of hands-on bookkeeping in a professional services setting
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Excel
- Certified Bookkeeper (CB) designation preferred
- Strong attention to detail with error-spotting abilities
- Experience with multi-state tax compliance
