Responsibilities
- Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts with meticulous attention to detail
- Prepare month-end and year-end financial statements for diverse client portfolios
- Manage accounts payable/receivable processes and payroll coordination
- Implement and optimize accounting systems using QuickBooks Online and Sage
- Conduct internal audits and ensure compliance with GAAP standards
- Collaborate with tax preparation teams for quarterly reporting
- Maintain organized digital and physical financial documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- 5+ years of full-cycle bookkeeping experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Excel
- Certified Bookkeeper (CB) designation preferred
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and IRS tax regulations
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills for client interactions
- Experience with multi-client portfolio management
