Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records including general ledgers and accounts payable/receivable
- Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting processes
- Perform bank reconciliations and ensure transaction accuracy
- Support tax preparation and compliance documentation
- Utilize accounting software (QuickBooks proficiency preferred) for data entry and analysis
- Contribute to internal audits and process improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with senior accountants on special financial projects
Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 0-2 years of professional accounting experience (internships accepted)
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables)
- Strong understanding of GAAP principles and accounting standards
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented with high accuracy in numerical tasks
