- Reconcile bank accounts and credit card statements monthly
- Process AP/AR with NetSuite proficiency
- Prepare financial statements and tax documentation
- Implement internal controls for compliance
- Train junior staff on accounting protocols
- Collaborate with CPA firms for audit support
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance or 5+ years experience
- QuickBooks Online and NetSuite certification required
- Advanced Excel skills with VLOOKUP/Pivot Tables
- Florida sales tax compliance experience
- Construction industry accounting preferred
- Proven multi-client portfolio management
- Detail-oriented with 0% reconciliation error rate
